People I love and am totally thankful to for the rest of my life.

According to Harvard, 63% of all students are experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and panic attacks. I suffered with panic attacks (PA’s) for decades. The difference is when they now show up at the most inadvertent of times. I look forward to revealing where panic attacks originate, how your anticipatory anxiety fuels their fire and how easily these empty echoes can be so easily fooled into ‘off-mode’.
